The report is meant to highlight the existing contribution which Turkey are already making towards global solidarity and meeting the internationally agreed Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

This effort is significant and the needs to be recognises within the development community. The report explores the areas and themes that Turkish ODA is supporting and, how to best orient Turkish development efforts.
