As the Trump Administration embarks on its second term, its rapid and sweeping policy shifts—both anticipated and unforeseen—are redefining the global landscape of gender equality, human rights, and democracy. The scale and speed of these transformations demand urgent attention and strategic response. From the reinstatement of the Global Gag Rule to the dismantling of USAID, the changes we are witnessing are not just reshaping policies but constructing a new global order. However, to build this new reality, the previous order must first be dismantled. There are many hints as to what this future course could look like.
