Contraception Atlas national launch in Spain

MADRID - The Contraception Atlas, a map that scores 45 countries throughout geographical Europe on access to modern contraception, received a national launch in Spain in late May.

At an event in Madrid organised by Federación de Planificación Familiar Estatal (FPFE), the findings of the atlas were presented by EPF staff Marina Davidashvilli and Adriana Losada. Gynecologist Concha Martín gave a detailed presentation on access to contraception in Spain and the differences in access between the 17 autonomous communities. The event was chaired by Luis Enrique Sánchez, President of FPFE.

The launch received extensive press coverage, including articles in El País, La Vanguardia and El Periodico.
