BRUSSELS - Almost 40 MEPs from the networks MEPs for SRR and ALL of Us co-signed a letter to the President of the European Parliament contesting the screening of the movie “Unplanned” organised by the European Conservatives and Reformists Group. The movie contains misleading information, which "is at odds with the European Parliament’s long-standing support for sexual and reproductive health and rights", and oftentimes "utterly medically inaccurate".
The film screening, hosted by Polish MEPs Beata Kempa and Patryk Jaki, took place nonetheless.
