Reason for joining the Contraception Atlas Expert Group:
As an Ob/Gyn and a member of a humanitarian organization I often witness the agony and fear of an unexpected and undesirable pregnancy and the psychological stress and pain, as well as the sorrow the couple feels before and after an abortion. Situations of this kind which I unfortunately, frequently experience during my work were the major reason and my motivation of entering the Contraception Atlas group and supporting this initiative.
