MEPs for Sexual and Reproductive Rights (MEPs for SRR), all-party group in the European Parliament, welcome the Nordic parliamentarian cross-party statement in response to SRHR under pressure.
We welcome the Nordic All-Party Parliamentary Groups' strong commitment to protecting and improving sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all, including marginalized communities. We commend their efforts to strengthen Nordic cooperation to mobilize support for SRHR both domestically and internationally. We share their concerns about the increasing pressures on these fundamental human rights and support their commitment to advancing the right to bodily autonomy and education and safeguarding sexual and reproductive rights for all. We also stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and support efforts to ensure all Ukrainian women and girls have access to all sexual and reproductive health services.
